1-6.5 oz jar of marinated artichoke hearts-Drained and chopped
1-14-16 oz jar of chunky mild salsa
1/4-1/2 cup of chopped pitted black olives
2-4 tablespoons of chopped bermuda onion
3-5 medium firm plum chopped tomatoes
1 clove garlic pressed
2-3 tablespoons of fresh chopped basil
Salt, pepper and tabasco sauce
Combine chopped artichokes, salsa, olives, onion, and chopped tomatoes in a bowl.
Add the fresh pressed garlic and basil.
Season with salt, pepper and tabasco sauce to taste.
Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
Cover and chill in refrigerator for a few hours.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips
It has been my experience that even people who claim they don't like artichokes will go for this.

|When I was a kid, my mom made me eat artichokes and I thought they were the bane of my existence. But I think something changed in my taste buds as I got older, because now I love them. This is a great salsa recipe, thank you for posting! I made it for mom. She was so proud.
