chances are your Recirculation door behind the glove box broke. it is what re-directs outside air or recirculates cab air.

on the lower right of your dash is the blower motor... it is held on by 3 screws. disconnect it and pull down and put it aside... look in there, if you see something that looks like a sponge laying there, that is your recirculation door which broke off at the hinge. Take it out.

its really easy, i hope this helps.

the recirculation door assembly is like 60 bucks at the dealer. the dash has to come out to be able to replace it. i had this happen to my 2004, just havent fixed it yet.

you wont have control weather "max a/c" or regular a/c.... plus outside air will always be entering your cab

seems to be a big issues on these trucks. every time I get into mine I switch it from defrost to floor to vents, and everything inbetween.
If I haven't driven the truck for a while I can hear the door open it almost sounds like its pealing tape off and pops open.

roger that, Had this happen to my bee in june, Had cold air comin out the vents just not good air flow. Removed the broken door that was sitting on top of my blower motor. Now my a/c works great and has great air flow. When I get a chance I will replace the door.
