Had the check engine light come on. So got home broke out the tuner to see see what was going on. Came up with a P0128 Trouble code. Which is "Coolant Thermostat (Coolant temperature below thermostat regulating temperature)" The way I read the code is that the truck is basically running cooler then the computer likes? When I had the truck in the shop the replaced my old thermostat with a new 180 degree thermostat. So doesn't sound like a big issue... right? Thanks guys

I have a Jet 180 in mine and it has never thrown a code. Reset it and see if it comes back

I live in GA and in the winter it can get down to the 20-30, sometimes 10's and mine did not come on then. I do not know what to tell you man.

Mine will occasionally throw this code, If everything seems to be running fine, and you don't get the code often, I wouldn't worry about it, if you get it frequently, I'd look at replacing the temperature sensor first...

Normally that is a cold weather thing or your thermostat is opening lower than 180. A 170 can cause this problem in areas that aren't even that cold.
