Hey everybody its been a while since I've posted, but I'm back at the hive finally.

Has anyone painted their honeycomb grill gloss black? Im considering doing this because mine is looking chalky and hazy.
If you have, what method did you use as far as surface prep? Sanding or 3M brillo pad?

I bought brand new ones and painted them gloss black right away. No real prep, just wiped them down first. Came out nice for a can of rattle, and have held up for nearly a year. I used the Krylon plastic spray paint for it too.
