Ok, I ran a 15.175 at the track last night, well now that i think about it, i had such a horrible reaction time of .596, does that mean that if i had a spot on reaction time that i would have been well into the 14s? am i reading that right?

I don't think reaction time effects your ET.
I think the way they do it is as soon as you break the beam at the tree the timer starts.
I could be wrong though.

Your reaction time is the amount of time it took for you to get going from the light. Your ET does not work into this at all, your ET is what it is from the go to the end mark. you can have a reaction time of 4 seconds and still run a 15.1 quarter. Thats a good time for a 4 x 4 truck though.

The only time that reaction time matters is when you're running "Heads Up" against someone.
You don't wanna be sleeping at the tree when you're Heads up.

Anywhere from 3 tenths to half a second off your 1/4 ET.

I hope to dip into the 13's when I hook up my NOS.

where can i get manual cut-outs? cuz i definately want dual cut-outs, but don't have the money to buy one electric cut-out let alone two
