Your doing it right Wink

I've de-badged, except for the hemi badges
Tinted the windows
3/4 drop
22" KMC's
Painted the mirrors, handles and some interior stuff
Borla cat back
Added an SRT-10 gauge pillar pod with an air/fuel mix gauge.
Thats pretty much it so far.

I just ordered my roll pan, SRT-10 wing and SRT-10 start button. All should be in next week. I'll have them installed in less than two weeks and will update my gallery. Please check it out.

Peace

I was asking Rumble Bee 2481. The pushbutton ignition is very cool. I had my dealer install mine.

I haven't even picked mine up yet, have to wait till monday.
Dealer is installing a dodge alarm system and hemi bed liner.

-already ordered a jet performance chip, flowmaster dual exhaust, and a roll pan to smooth out the rear end. (Our bees dyno at 395 hp at the rear tires with the jet chip, flowmaster, and a k&n intake)

soon after I get it:
-tint it - a bit darker than is legal,
-2" rear drop
-K&N polished 77 series intake kit
-and I'm sure a bunch more!

can you tell the wait is killing me... Rolling Eyes

No offense but I have my doubts about your truck dynoing 395hp at the rear wheels. If you take the 345hp that Dodge rates and take off 15% for drivetrain loss you get about 295 rear wheel horsepower. Looking at other people that have posted their Hemi Rams, I believe that number is in the ball park. You are saying that your trucks are making almost 100 extra horsepower with a chip, exhaust and air box. No disrespect but I would like to see several dyno charts from similar trucks with same add ons. Please don't take me as someone who is picking a fight. I have been in this game for a while and making 100 extra HP is getting into blower territory. If you can show that you have done several trucks with the same results then I might be on board to do the same mods. I have been told that the chp tuners have been having trouble with Dodge computers and they are not getting the greatest results. Thanks

hey jak112460,
That info came from a site I ordered the parts from, they must have left out the fact that the drivetrain has a 15% loss of hp. bummer, but thanks for the info!

jak112460 and BlackBee,
Please forgive my ignorance regarding rating HP.
Back in the old days, HP was rated at the engine.
Then around 1972, HP was rated at the Rear wheel.

So, is HP being rated at the engine again?

Thanks for clearing up my confusion,

Horsepower was never at the rear wheels. In the old days they rated engine horsepower as groos hp. No accessories, just raw motor. Then they went to net, which is todays standard. That had accessory drives and other power robbing parts installed. Rear wheel HP is done on cars that have been tested on a chassis dyno. A chassis dyno is what you drive you truck on and it has the rotating rarrel that your rear tires spin. I think that is the best for determining power. I'm guessing the HP that was mentioned earlier is motor hp and not rear wheel.
