Hello everybody. Long time reader, but I never really post. I am a big Dodge guy and I have had my black Second Swarm since 2005. I came out of my office on Thursday afternoon (8-2Cool and my truck was gone. I parked it at about 1:15 and came out at 5:30 and no Rumble Bee. I live in Irving, TX and work in South Arlington off of I-20 and Matlock. Nothing special about my bee really, pretty much as it came from the dealer. This is the second time it has been stolen this year. First time was in Dallas in March. Stolen out of a strip club parking lot. I was there for a Bachelor party and it was gone. They found it two days later. Then it was joyriders, this time since it was taken in broad daylight I am a little more concerned about him. One identifying feature is that it is an 05 with the ram logo on the tailgate center, but it has Dallas Dodge in the lower left of the tailgate so has an 04 look to it as well as the Dallas Dodge is roughly the same size as the Dodge on the 02-04 ram's tailgates. If you see a black one like that anywhere please let me know.
Thanks so much.

Well technically I have been a member since March 2005. As I said I was originally a very frequent reader, just not much of a poster. Has anyone else had a problem wih thefts? My wife thinks it is too "flashy" and attracts trouble, but I think it just my bad luck.

these trucks are easily stolen, get low jack system and its found within 24hrs. and or put a kill switch on it and hide it. also they can just pull up and tow it away for the easy steal.

Sorry to hear this. Like said we have had several members experience the same thing in the last year or so. Most have been recovered and in various stages. If it's any consolation a few have been recovered with little to no damage so we'll hope the best for yours. I'll keep an eye out here in the Valley in the event they brought it here. Cool

What was the the prod number and plates? Any pictures could help. Yesterday I got off to give a payment and parked far off to avoid tight parking and door hits. I came back and this guy in beater park next to my truck windows down a beer on his lap??? I hopped on and took off, but had a bad feeling. Anyways if I see one down here south texas..I'll take note. Good Luck. Ohh and WELCOME to the beehive Very Happy

No not repossessed. I was a couple of days late ironically enough so I did call Chrysler yesterday to make said payment. They said it was fine and usually your not going to see anything like that unless a month or two behind.
Unfortunately I don't have any pics. The TX plate number is 58Z VY1
Hopefully I am lucky like I was in March, no real damage that time.

sorry to hear, if you get it back they make a gps tracking system that you can put on any vehicle, and see it on the computer at anytime I think it is a viper system, many ither companies make them too. After you got it back the last time that would have been the first thing I would do. our daytona is lo-jacked the the bee is not, more and more of these stories make me think about doing the truck too.

Very sorry to hear about your bee. I wish you all the luck in the world getting it back and in good shape. If you get it back again get some kind of security on that thing. My grandparents used to winter in McAllen and they had a really cool system put on their car. You had to do 3 different electrical things in a certain period of time and in the right order or the car wouldn't start.
