I want to put this on my truck...my stock one is done. i went to dealership and they couldnt find a replacement. so i was wondering if this would fit on my truck??? does it bolt right up?? or do i need to make any Modifications?

looks like it is for a conventional carb. mount. I dont think it would bolt on without some modifications.

i seen it done on a few trucks on here with a 360 5.9l....what type of modding has to be done?

I did a similar one on my 95 w/ 360. You need to make sure it has a "drop base" to clear the overhang from the firewall. it does look cool when in place.

ok thank you! and what did you do about the hose that was plugged into the back of the stock air filter???

The air cleaner I bought had a fitting on it for that hose. Basically a PCV hose hook up

Thanks for all your help!! i bought one cleaner without the fitting and plus it was way to big to fit on top...so i returned it and bought a edelbrock one...it was smaller and had the PCV fitting on it...works great! i had to bend the threaded rod alil to make it fit good.. but it looks great! Smile
