I just made these and there pretty good...had a few jalapeno growing so I thought would try this recipe...

25 medium jalapeno peppers
1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 Cut jalapeņo peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds. Place peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
2 Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and Worcestershire sauce; stir well.
3 Place one heaping teaspoon cheese mixture on each pepper half. ; Place on a baking sheet.
4 Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

If you want them hotter adjust boiling time...there mild after 5 mins of boiling

Mike

I made these a couple weeks ago but I added a package of smoked salmon to it chopped up. Everybody loved them that way. I've even been ordered to make them for a New Years eve party.

Bill
PS: Thanks for the receipe Mike!
