I'm going to go look at a GTX tomorrow from a dealer. It's a 2005 Quad Cab 2wd Orange one with 23K miles. Just trying to get a feel for what others think these should be going for. Love my bee, but could really use a 4 door truck. Haven't seen it up close to know the condition, but I'm assuming it's pretty good with the mileage. Thanks.

From what i've read, they only made about 32 quad cabs in 2004 and about 32 in 2005 and only in sublime or orange, so they are pretty rare. I've seen a sublime one before so I know they exist, just few and far between. Dealer is asking 18.5K, which I think is high. Only thing that sucks is they have 3:55 gears and I really like the body kit on the bee but I guess that can be changed.

They will give you the same for a trade in with a GTX as they will for a regular ram . Rare or not they aren't worth any more. It's just like with the Bees and Daytonas the limited thing means nothing they are rams at that is all they are worth.

And if you don't believe it, just ask my insurance company.
All they wanted to give me for my truck after the accident was for a regular ram pickup.
I did get some credit for some of the upgraded mods though.

so does anyone have an idea what they think it's worth. They knocked it down to 17.8K but some genius removed the front bumper ground effects by what looks to be with a steak knife and its leaking brake fluid pretty good.

Really we were going to trade the GTX in a couple years ago. We were told it was a fantastic truck but the trade in was going to be the same as a regular ram. Don't think you are going to get anything more from owning a bee, gtx, or daytona. It was a great scam by dodge to sell trucks.
