Just making a thread to say hello and look forward to being a bee owner soon. We have one in the family already and I am heading to a dealer later tonight or tomorrow to hopefully make it two. Just last year I was on the verge of bankruptcy and this year I finally have the stable finances to get a vehicle worth more then a pack of smokes and CAN'T wait. Look forward to frequenting the forum I will will will own a bee before 2015 Smile

Welcome to the HIVE my friend. Hope you can hold out long enough to get the FASTEST YELLOW one. The slow black ones aren't good for anything.
Very Happy

They are both nice and I have never seen a yellow one in person in my area only the black ones.

If you are one that is looking to get a rare vehicle then I would go black and on top of that a black 4x4. Those are few in numbers if I remember correctly.

I personally like the yellow because it stands out like a sore thumb.

People are wrecking these trucks left and right just like the SRT10 so they are harder to come by. My buddy just rearended someone and got rearended at the same time the other day. His damage is not as bad as mine though Smile

One major issue I am having is finding what number it is since the center insert was changed out but I did call dodge customer service and verify it being a legitimate bee as opposed to a fake. Thinking the dealer may be able to ask the old owner if they still have the piece.

Edit: guess the previous and only owner ordered it that way and left me a dictionary of receipts for his meticulous maintenance of the truck which he had completed on time every time at the dealership.

You used to be able to email them your VIN and request the build sheet. The build sheet will list all the RPO codes and corresponding build information including whether or not it carries the RPO for the "Rumble Bee Edition Group" identification.

http://www.dodge.com/webselfservice/dodge/emailpage.html?appStr=wccs&titleStr=Contact+Dodge&familyStr=brand&franchise=D&actionURL=%252Fwccs%252Fbrand_forms%252Fus%252Fwebform.jsp&promotion=null&category=U

If I remember correctly, they are pretty quick in responding. I know at the Chevy House (dealer), if you bring them a VIN for any GM based vehicle, they can print out the build sheet/RPO code sheet right there on the spot.

Hope this helps!

I got a link on the ram forums that you put your vin in and you can download your build sheet instantly. Now if i can just find it...
Try this . just enter your vin under equiptment listing and print one out immediately

Awesome! Thank you. I actually have the replacement being hunted down and shipped. Waiting on the call to say it has arrived at the dealership so I can go pick it up.
